- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until blended.
- Drop scoops of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tbsp) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
- Let the clusters freeze until solid, approximately 1-2 hours.
- Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in intervals until melted and smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
- Return each cluster to the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Freeze again for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden before enjoying.
