Description

Delightful no-bake clusters of Greek yogurt and strawberries, covered in velvety chocolate, perfect for a cozy treat or gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until blended.
  2. Drop scoops of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tbsp) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Let the clusters freeze until solid, approximately 1-2 hours.
  4. Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in intervals until melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
  6. Return each cluster to the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Freeze again for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden before enjoying.

Notes

These clusters can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for about a month.
