Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and mix in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, flour, and salt until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
  8. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until fluffy.
  9. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the cooled brownies.
