Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it glistens warmly.
- Add the minced garlic, letting it sauté until fragrant.
- Carefully add the chicken breasts; cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Introduce the chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano and thyme, stirring to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, approximately 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and parmesan cheese, if desired.
Notes
