Description

A creamy, tangy pasta salad that captures the beloved flavors of Big Macs, perfect for summer gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (like fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheese (cheddar or American), shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  3. Combine the cooled pasta, cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well combined.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
