- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese (cheddar or American), shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well combined.
