Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the same pan; stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  7. Return the beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry together until heated through.
  8. Serve the stir fry over a generous scoop of cooked rice.
