Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Sour cream or yogurt for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until ready.
