Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine the mashed bananas, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well blended and creamy.
- Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth and unified.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
