- 1 cup instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until combined.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Chill the mixture for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
- Chill until chocolate is set, then serve.
Notes
These truffles can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
