Description

Delightful no-bake truffles with creamy banana pudding, wrapped in chocolate and topped with colorful sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until combined.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers.
  4. Chill the mixture for 1-2 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop out the mixture and roll into small balls.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
  9. Chill until chocolate is set, then serve.

Notes

These truffles can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
