- 8 small tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.
- Stir in the corn, bell pepper, onion, garlic, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the bean mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
