Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced Honeycrisp apples and broccoli florets in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt (or mayo), honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Add the nuts and mix again.
  5. Chill before serving for a refreshing side dish.

Notes
