Description

A warm and flavorful Air Fried Chicken Breast paired with tender Brussels sprouts, perfect for easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  5. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the remaining olive oil mixture.
  6. Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket around the chicken.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the cozy dish.
